Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Hardware
Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to EJS
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
